Teachit Library

In essentially all but the most specialized lectures the vast majority of the content is derived from a common superset of materials. The specific choice of the lecture content and the depth of presentation may vary from lecture to lecture and teacher to teacher, but many elements remain the same. Indeed we hope that the laws of quantum mechanics, for example, are taught universally around the globe. TeachIt enables the teacher to present and annotate preexisting content in a very individual fashion.

With the TeachIt Library we envision here a repository where this content can be shared (and hopefully curated) among teachers. We are therefore greateful for people to share their lectures under a creative commons license (CC BY 4.0) for reuse by others. This will enable us or others to create the supersets of material that may be relevant for a give area. Uploading content under this licence requires all derivative works to give the creator credit.

We aim to make uploaded content available on a timely basis, but we have very limited resouces for curation at the moment. If you want to help, please contact us!

Note: When you upload content it is your responsibility that you have the right to distribute the content for educational purposes. Our terms of use limit the use of all content to educational, i.e. non-commercial purposes. We also reserve the right not to publish uploaded content if if violates our ethical standards for teaching materials.
